Aachen, April 23, 2012 – Adjusted revenues of Grünenthal Group increased by eight percent in 2011. The company achieved total revenues of 947 Mio. €, including milestone payments from R&D partnerships (2010: 910 Mio. € excluding milestone payments from R&D).

Aachen, Germany, 29 March 2012. Young scientists from across Europe are invited to apply for the EFIC-Grünenthal Grant (E-G-G) 2012, one of the most highly regarded pain research grants worldwide. Provided by the European Federation of IASP® Chapters (EFIC®) and the pharmaceutical company and pain expert Grünenthal GmbH, this grant supports young scientists early in their career in conducting innovative and exploratory clinical pain research projects.

As very recently the Polish authorities have finally cleared the planned divestiture of the Grünenthal portfolio in the EU member states of the CEE region (mainly Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.) to STADA Arzneimittel AG, the pain specialist today announces the successful signing of the transaction.
